Office management assistant (m/f/d)

The Hellersen Sports Clinic is one of Germany's leading specialist clinics for orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. Almost 50,000 patients come to us every year to have their orthopaedic illnesses and injuries treated by our top physicians or for the implantation of an artificial joint. As a sports medical examination center of the State Sports Association (LSB) and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the highly specialized team of doctors also advises athletes and examines them for their health and performance. The range of services is rounded off by plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as the regionally unique Center for Special Pain Medicine.

Your tasks

  • Get to know the structure and functioning of a hospital
  • Getting to know the diverse tasks and activities in the administrative area
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge according to the job description, including
    - Commercial administrative and organizational activities
    - General administrative activities
    - Secretarial and assistant activities
    - Written and verbal communication
    - Office management and organization
    - Information processing
    - Administrative tasks in various commercial areas (human resources and finance, purchasing, patient management, marketing, etc.).)

 

What you bring with you

  • Good technical college entrance qualification
  • Good knowledge of German and mathematics
  • Enjoy working with the common MS Office applications
  • Understanding of basic commercial contexts
  • Careful and reliable way of working as well as a high level of communication and teamwork skills
  • Good comprehension skills and enjoy new challenges
  • Strong team spirit, service orientation, communication skills, friendly demeanor
  • Independent, goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working
