Sportklinik Hellersen Welcomes Three New Trainees to Its Administrative Department
August at Sportklinik Hellersen is traditionally marked by the start of training programs for business-related professions. Earlier this week, three young women—Zahra Sultanzai, Lara Milena Paul, and Dylara Krause—began their training as office management assistants. Over the coming years, they will gain experience in the clinic’s diverse administrative departments—including Human Resources, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, and Purchasing. In addition to their on-the-job training, they will attend vocational school in Halver.
A Key Training Provider in the Region
Training young people is a top priority at the Sportklinik Hellersen. Currently, the Lüdenscheid Specialty Clinic is training a total of six office management assistants and five registered nurses. The next training year for nursing professions begins in early October 2026. In addition, the Lüdenscheid Specialty Clinic regularly offers technical high school interns (FOS one-year internship) as well as participants in the Federal Volunteer Service the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into nursing fields of work and acquire initial practical experience in the healthcare sector under the guidance of experienced clinical instructors.
