Sportklinik Hellersen receives three awards as a top employer

The clinic is not only valued by patients, but also highly rated by its own team, which is reflected in the impressive recommendation rate. It's not just about work here - it's about team spirit and a passion for first-class medical care.

The search for employees is becoming increasingly difficult. Many people no longer want to work in the healthcare sector, particularly because of the public image. Companies, and clinics in particular, have to make a much greater effort to attract new employees. The Sportklinik Hellersen uses various measures to be an attractive employer and to counteract the challenge of the shortage of skilled workers.

For the successful implementation of a targeted employer strategy, the specialist clinic recently received three important employer seals, which once again underline its outstanding position in the healthcare sector. These awards not only confirm the top working conditions at the clinic, but also the high level of employee satisfaction.

"The awards are not only high praise for our clinic, but also an important advertisement for applicants and positive news for new colleagues in the growing #TeamHellersen," emphasizes Dirk Burghaus, CEO of Sportklinik Hellersen.

The first seal was awarded by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV), which is awarded as part of a special employer screening. The assessment was carried out using a structured questionnaire, which includes various decisive criteria. These include an assessment of the contractual framework conditions, an analysis of everyday working life, an assessment of the corporate culture, an examination of training and development opportunities and an evaluation of communication within the company. The study places particular emphasis on transparency towards potential applicants and the informative value of the career pages on the website. In addition, the applicant handling is examined, with companies having to prove that they have achieved at least 70 percent of the overall target in order to be awarded the DtGV seal of approval. The Sportklinik Hellersen achieved an excellent overall rating of 90 percent in the survey.

The second award is the coveted kununu Top Company Seal 2024. Sportklinik Hellersen met all the strict criteria within the last twelve months, including at least seven employee reviews, an overall score of at least 3.8 stars and a continuous average rating of 3.8 stars in the employee reviews.

With more than 5.1 million reviews on over one million companies, kununu is the leading platform for employer reviews and information on salary and corporate culture. Sportklinik Hellersen achieves an impressive recommendation rate of 85 percent and is therefore well above the average of 3.5 stars in the health, social and care sector.

The third "Employer of the Future" award was presented to Sportklinik Hellersen by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization. The seal honors companies that score points in five key areas: modern leadership, innovative strength, status of digital transformation, employee friendliness and recruiting strategies. Sportklinik Hellersen clearly stands out thanks to its outstanding performance in these areas.

The specialist clinic offers its employees a wide range of exclusive benefits and events. Modern and cross-hierarchical communication via the internal app, performance-related pay in accordance with TVÖD-K, a company pension scheme and numerous social benefits. It also provides its employees with offers to optimize their net pay, such as car subscriptions or e-bike leasing, as well as discounts on shopping. The focus is on employee health with health offers and free use of the fitness room. The cafeteria not only serves healthy lunches - regular promotions such as front cooking and a daily changing salad bar provide additional variety. The clinic also attaches great importance to the professional development of its employees and offers individual training and development opportunities. In addition, there is fair remuneration in accordance with the applicable collective agreements for municipal hospitals.

Dirk Burghaus concludes: "We are delighted with the positive feedback from our employees. The high recommendation rate is a wonderful confirmation for us. We would like to thank our team for their commitment and positive feedback. This once again underlines the special position of Sportklinik Hellersen in the healthcare sector."
