The Sportklinik Hellersen is one of Germany's leading specialist clinics for orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. Almost 50,000 patients come to us every year to have their orthopaedic illnesses and injuries treated by our top physicians or for the implantation of an artificial joint. As a sports medicine examination center of the State Sports Association (LSB) and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the highly specialized team of doctors also advises athletes and examines them for their health and performance. The range of services is rounded off by plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as the regionally unique center for special pain medicine.

You will focus on your main task - managing and developing the Marketing Services / Operational Marketing department - and lead and motivate a dedicated team.
You will also work closely with the Strategic Marketing & Communication department.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the following areas: social media, PR, press relations, internal & external communication, campaigns.
You will also be responsible for the implementation of marketing and communication measures in coordination with the department management.

You have several years of professional experience in marketing and/or communication - preferably in an agency environment.
You have already gained management experience and enjoy leading and developing a team.
You have the business acumen to manage budgets, resources and measures efficiently.
Communication is one of your strengths - whether for social media, traditional press relations or internal formats.
With your hands-on mentality, you tackle everyday tasks without losing sight of the big picture.
You have a talent for organization and the ability to manage several projects in parallel.
You have a strong affinity for the healthcare sector and are willing to play an active role in shaping hospital communications.
