Sportklinik Hellersen is one of Germany's leading specialist clinics for orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. Almost 50,000 patients come to us every year to have their orthopaedic illnesses and injuries treated by our top physicians or for the implantation of an artificial joint. As a sports medicine examination center of the State Sports Association (LSB) and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the highly specialized team of doctors also advises athletes and examines them for their health and performance. The range of services is rounded off by plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as the regionally unique center for special pain medicine.

You are responsible for the administrative admission of all inpatients and outpatients. This also includes the reception of patients and visitors.
You will conclude admission and optional service agreements for patients.
You will be responsible for coordinating logistical processes (including blood transportation and passenger transport).
Administrative activities such as master data entry and maintenance, document maintenance and archiving are part of your daily routine.

You have successfully completed training in the commercial sector and have an excellent command of written and spoken German; a good command of English is an advantage.
You have an outgoing personality with a friendly and personable demeanor. A well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you.
You are a resilient organizational talent who enjoys working in a team and taking pleasure in dealing with patients.
You have experience with modern communication tools such as MS Office.
You are willing to work in a shift system, with early and late shifts as well as weekends and public holidays. This also includes time flexibility with the willingness to take over duties at short notice.
