You will be responsible for processing the electronic data exchange in accordance with §301 SGB V with the statutory and private health insurance funds (ANFM, MBEG, KAIN, INKA).
In the area of MD management, you will review the content of negative MD/insurance company reports and work closely with the medical and administrative departments as well as external negotiating partners.
You will also be responsible for preparing statements (addressees: MD, lawyers, social courts) including current case law.
This includes professional communication in follow-up and discussion procedures for MD cases, taking into account the PrüfvV, as well as communication in appeal and discussion procedures with the payers.
You will take part in ward rounds accompanied by the medical staff.
You will also enjoy taking on additional tasks (billing outpatient surgeries/representation in the area of coding).

You have successfully completed medical training as an MFA or GuK, with further training in MD management/coding/billing.
You have several years of sound experience in the field of medical controlling. Ideally, you have knowledge of the current legal framework, billing regulations, etc.
You are confident in using the common MS Office programs and have experience in working with hospital information systems, ideally ORBIS.
Your ability to work in a team, organizational skills and enthusiasm set you apart.
