Seven companies in Germany receive seal of approval - four of them hospitals
How satisfied are the employees? What further training opportunities are there and how well do applicants feel informed and involved? These are all criteria that the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV) includes in its assessment of top employers. The Hellersen Sports Clinic was able to convince in the DtGV employer screening and recently received the Top Employer Healthcare 2022/2023 seal of approval.
A total of seven companies in the healthcare sector bear this seal of approval, including four hospitals. In addition to the Hellersen Sports Clinic, these are the Thuringia Clinics, the Robert Bosch Hospital in Stuttgart and the Josephinum Clinic in Munich.
"We are delighted to have done so well in the assessment and to have received the seal of approval. It also underlines the great and familiar atmosphere at #TeamHellersen. Of course, our employees are the main contributors to this," says Dirk Burghaus, CEO of the Hellersen Sports Clinic.
The screening included three central sub-areas: the working conditions in the company, the career page on the website and the applicant handling. The survey assessed how the company presents itself to potential applicants, how informative the career site is and how quickly the company responds to applications. The assessment of working conditions included, among other things, the corporate culture as well as training and development opportunities. And whether and in what form benefits are offered to employees was also taken into account.
"We strive to constantly optimize and expand the benefits for our employees. Be it with company health management offers, such as an in-house gym, an employee app, regular events or offers for net pay optimization," says Dirk Burghaus. The Top Employer Healthcare 2022/2023 seal of approval is the best proof of this.
